Declix is a technology company based in Geneva, dedicated to making technology more human, accessible, and empowering.

Our mission began with the goal of bridging the digital divide. Over time, through our work with public institutions and our daily experience supporting people throughout their professional journeys, we expanded our focus to address another essential challenge: employability.

As part of our mandate with the unemployment office in Geneva, we worked closely with job seekers and witnessed firsthand how opaque the labour market can be. Many people do not always know where they stand, how to position themselves, what skills are expected of them, or how their profession is evolving.

This awareness led us to develop SerenGPT: a tool designed to make the labour market more transparent, anticipate employment trends, and help each person stay actively aware of their professional positioning. Because employability is not something we should only think about when we are unemployed. It is something we must cultivate throughout our entire lives.

Today, Declix brings together more than 20 collaborators with diverse backgrounds, skills, cultures, and languages. Developers, trainers, designers, writers, IT specialists, creatives, advisors, and field professionals work together with a shared conviction: technology must serve people, not replace them.
