A new signal regarding the basic skills of Switzerland’s future workforce.
The Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD) published the results of the Programme for International Student Assessment (PISA) 2025 on Tuesday morning. This survey assesses every three years the knowledge and skills of 15-year-olds in science, reading and mathematics. For recruiters and trainers, this gradual decline justifies strengthening literacy and numeracy support as soon as young people enter apprenticeships or employment.
