At VivaTech 2026, LinkedIn announced the French-language launch of LinkedIn Hiring Assistant, the new AI agent designed to support recruiters in their daily work. The tool automates the most time-consuming tasks, enabling HR teams to devote more time to human interactions and strategic decisions, and places candidates’ skills and real-world experience above all else, helping reveal profiles that may remain invisible in traditional recruitment processes.
