According to the results of the HR Research study, conducted in collaboration with HR Today and involving 936 participants from human resources and management at Swiss companies, recruitment in Switzerland is struggling to adopt and integrate innovative, modern methods. Although most recruiters, HR leaders, and managers recognize the potential of artificial intelligence, its practical use remains limited.
