While other countries are integrating AI extensively into their HR processes, Switzerland is noticeably lagging behind.

According to the results of the HR Research study conducted in collaboration with HR Today, recruitment in Switzerland is struggling to adopt and integrate innovative and modern methods; this year’s study brought together 936 participants from HR departments and management teams of Swiss companies. The CV remains an essential key to the recruitment process, while candidates from outside the sector and non-conventional career paths are largely overlooked.
