Two figures, two different realities regarding AI adoption in France.
According to VISIPLUS Academy and Ipsos BVA, 1 in 5 working people in France already use AI in their work. But according to ADP Research (People at Work 2026, 39,000 employees in 36 countries), only 11% of French employees use it daily, compared with 20% worldwide. Another notable figure: 29% of French employees have never used AI at work. In terms of employability, the gap is widening between those who integrate AI into their daily practices and a significant share of the workforce that is still left out.
