According to the results of the HR Research study, conducted in collaboration with HR Today, recruitment in Switzerland is struggling to adopt and integrate innovative and modern methods, based on responses from 936 participants from human resources and management at Swiss companies. Although most recruiters, HR managers, and managers recognize the potential of artificial intelligence, its practical use remains limited.

In countries that are more advanced in AI recruitment, transferable skills such as problem-solving, creativity, and adaptability are increasingly recognized as essential assets. For candidates in Switzerland, emphasizing these skills remains an underused differentiator among recruiters themselves.
