According to HR Today, platforms such as DeepLink in Switzerland can include AI-powered chatbots that offer candidates an instant conversation to clarify job details, process stages and even help them prepare.
When properly configured, these tools can also ask candidates questions to pre-screen their suitability for the role. For candidates, this means that an initial automated exchange can now carry as much weight as a traditional interview.
