According to the results of the HR Research study, conducted in collaboration with HR Today, recruitment in Switzerland is struggling to adopt and integrate innovative, modern methods; the study brought together 936 participants from human resources and management teams at Swiss companies. The résumé remains an essential key to the recruitment process, while candidates from outside the sector and non-conventional career paths are largely overlooked. Yet, although the majority of recruiters, HR leaders, and managers recognize the potential of artificial intelligence, its practical use remains limited.
