Four times a year, the Geneva event Hire Me I'm Fabulous brings job seekers and human resources professionals together to discuss the recruitment process openly.
The latest edition brought together around fifty participants, two-thirds of them women and most of them around 50 years old. Before the discussions, a photography workshop allows participants to have a professional portrait taken for their CV or LinkedIn profile.
